Vendor Application

 

 

 

FESTIVAL SPECIFICS FOR VENDORS

 

Each application must be accompanied by $25.00 check payable to Bath Fest, P.O. Box 291, Bath, NC 

27808 before April 30th, 2010.  Late entries will be permitted only if special arrangements have been

made in advance.  Failure to attend will result in forfeiture of entry fee.

 

Entries for Artists will be divided into two categories – Crafts and Fine Arts.  All artwork must be an original

creation by the artist. Display area must exhibit a minimum of 20 pieces.  You must be present to display.

 

Artists will be given a special discount if they demonstrate how they create their Art.  This must be indicated

when you file your application; and you may then deduct $10.00 from the vendor fee.  

 

No electricity is provided or allowed, you are responsible for your belongings, including any loss or damage,

you are responsible for your own taxes.

 

No concession stands are permitted since it is a policy of our Committee to only allow Bath Civic Groups to

provide this service.  There is no charge for Bath Civic Groups but an application and waiver must be completed and received. 

 

Displays must be set up between 9:00-10:30 am. Break down is between 4:00-5:00.  We ask that all

vendors respect this time period and have displays remain intact until after the event closes.  In case of an emergency or if someone in your party needs to arrive or leave early, please notify a committee member and special arrangements will be made. 

 

No automobiles will be allowed to park or traverse the event area during the hours between

10:30 and 4:30.  Please refer to map on website regarding event area entrances and exits.

 

A description of the event and your designated setup area will be posted on our website by May 5th as

well as our inclement weather plans.

Release: For and in consideration of my being allowed to participate in BathFest, I hereby release and discharge the Town of Bath and its employees, agents, staff, and members from any and all liability for damages, injuries, or other injury to me, my property or members of my family or staff, occurring during my participation in the BathFest event in Bath Town on May, 15th, 2010.  I agree to the terms and conditions as stated in Festival Specifics on page 1.

Please sign, date, and return this form along with your check payable to BathFest, PO Box 291, Bath, NC 27808.  The Registration Fee is $25.  Demonstrators will receive a $10.00 discount and should deduct that amount from their vendor fee.  Applications should be mailed before April 30, 2010.
